Daytime & Overnight Baby Care

Welcoming a new baby is joyful, but it can also feel overwhelming. Whether you need help for a single day, a few nights, or longer-term support, our daytime and overnight newborn care services are here for you. A professionally trained postpartum caregiver will come to your home to care for your baby and support your recovery.

Daytime Care

Perfect for families who need an extra set of hands with the baby during the day so mom can rest, recover, and recharge.

Overnight Care

Ideal for those long nights when your little one wakes frequently and you need uninterrupted rest. And those new mothers who experience postpartum stress and have difficulty adjusting to nighttime routines. We provide soothing and care throughout the night so you can sleep peacefully.

What’s included:

  • Basic neonatal support: Feeding, burping, soothing, diaper changes, and sleep/feeding logs.
  • Feeding assistance (non-clinical): Support with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or storing expressed milk, guidance on comfortable feeding positions and breast care.
  • Establishing a daily routine for newborns: Practice during the daytime waking hours, classification and selection of soothing methods, suggestions for communication with family members and role allocation, fathers participate in training (basic parenting training).
  • Basic Household Chores Support:Wash baby bottles, organizing the mother and baby area, simple washing and organizing of newborn clothes.
  • Mom “restored four support systems”: emotional care, Instructions for simple stretching exercises (non-physical therapy), postpartum life rhythm arrangement, dietary and rest recommendations.

Flexible scheduling options:

  • Daytime shifts (4–8 hours)
  • Overnight shifts (8–12 hours)
  • Book single sessions or multi-day packages

Breastfeeding Support & Breast Care

Our consultants are:

  • International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) or Canadian equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Experienced in clinical mother-and-baby care

How we can help:

  • Ensure a comfortable latch and feeding position
  • Support with building milk supply and setting a feeding rhythm
  • Relieve blocked ducts and provide breast care techniques
  • Assist with bottle feeding or mixed feeding
  • Recommend helpful tools like nipple shields or pumps

  • In-home visits (60–90 minutes)
  • Online consultations (great for distance support or follow-ups)
