Developed in collaboration with nutrition and traditional wellness professionals, our postpartum meals feature carefully selected fresh ingredients with a focus on no unnecessary chemical additives, lower oil, and lower sodium.
Based on the different stages of postpartum recovery, we create balanced meal plans with thoughtful calorie and nutrient considerations, helping mothers feel nourished, supported, and confident in their recovery journey.
Three Recovery Stages
Week 1
Metabolism Phase: Supports the body in clearing lochia and reducing swelling, boosting natural detox.
Week 2
Recovery Phase: Focuses on replenishing blood and energy while promoting wound healing.
Weeks 3–4
Strengthening Phase: Reinforces bone and muscle strength, stabilizes constitution, and encourages healthy lactation.

Daily Meal Plan
- Breakfast: Nourishing soup + whole grains + gentle proteins
- Lunch: Three hearty mains + herbal soup + slow-simmered side dish
- Afternoon Tea: Seasonal fruit or light dessert
- Dinner: Warming main dish + fresh salad/vegetable dish + black bean water or multigrain porridge
- Evening Snack (optional): Sesame & walnut paste / Longan & red date tea
